Don’t Worry Be Happy Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
-1 large stalk celery, washed, remove outer strings if very fibrous with a peeler and cut into small pieces
-¾ cup cucumber, washed and cut into chunks. I remove the peel if the cucumber is not organic or is tough and bitter.
-1 large peach, scrubbed, pit removed and cut into small pieces
-1-2 large leaves of kale or spinach (add more if desired)
-Generous squeeze of lemon, lime or orange juice, fresh preferred
-Filtered water, as needed
Directions:
1. Place celery, cucumber and a little water in blender and blend until smooth. Scrape down the blender and add peaches, greens and lemon, blend until incorporated and smooth. Add more water if desired.
2. Pour into a cup or to-go container and enjoy!
If you want it to be nice and cold add a few ice cubes! If you are used to a sweeter, add a little more fruit instead of sugar.
