Actually doing it is the hard part
especially if you&#039;re feeling depressed.

Hence another tip:
if you are feeling depressed and can&#039;t muster up the energy
to do anything good for your self just do this.
Drink 5-6 glasses of (preferably cold) water.
This will start cleaning out the cobwebs of your mind
and develop more positive thoughts.
